The program's objective is to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the transport sector in Haiti through support to legal and institutional reform of the sector, the program also aims to improve the management of the road sector in the country, through actions to make effective functions of planification, administration, project manager, maintenance and road safety in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
