Haiti Digital Transformation: Expanding Resilient Connectivity and Enabling Trusted Digital Government

The objective of the operation is to support Haiti's digital transformation by strengthening resilient international digital connectivity and enabling core digital government capabilities. It will finance the first phase of the Haiti More Connected program, including international submarine connectivity and initial cable landing infrastructure, while supporting institutional strengthening, electronic signature readiness, and the foundations for a national digital identity system.
