Resilient Electricity Supply for Northeast Haiti

The general objective is to provide access to affordable, reliable, and resilient electricity for consumers located in Haiti's Northeast (NE) to boost economic development. The specific objectives are: (i) to scale up the electricity mini-grid concession model to regional electricity grids while mobilizing private expertise and finance; and (ii) to support the Government of Haiti (GOH) to manage contracts and processes for sector investment and purview of the concession model.
