THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS THE FAST-TRACK IMPLEMENTATION OF A REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR SELECTED SECTIONS OF MAIN ROADS. IT WOULD CONSIST OF THE APPLICATION OF A BITUMINOUS WEARING-COURSE OVERLAY ON 25 MILES OF THE GEORGETOWN-TIMEHRI AND 65 MILES OF THE GEORGETOWN-ROSIGNOL ROADS.
