The general objective of this TC is to support the timely, efficient, and high-quality implementation of operation 5706/OC-GY, Health Care Network Strengthening in Guyana. The specific objectives are to: (i) strengthen institutional capacity and provide technical support for the planning, design, and implementation of health infrastructure investments; and (ii) strengthen institutional capacity and provide technical support for the implementation of digital health initiatives, including governance, interoperability, and health information systems.
