Strengthening Social Services in Guyana and advancing ministerial strengthening, digital transformation and Gender and Diversity issues

The objective of this TC is to provide support for the execution of investment loan "Support to Safety Nets for Vulnerable Populations Affected by Coronavirus in Guyana", the investment grant "Support to safety net and gender empowerment in Guyana" and the programmatic policy based loan "Support to Human Services in Guyana" and prepare for the second programmatic policy based loan, by providing funding for strategic studies and consultations to strengthen the MHSSS' ability to execute policies, procure services, advance their digital transformation issues and promote Gender and Diversity issues.
