GY-T1117 : Design and Execution of a Household Survey of Living Conditions
Project Status: Closed
The main objectives of this technical cooperation are: (i) designing and executing a Survey of Living Conditions (SLC) in Guyana; and (ii) create the local technical capacity within the Bureau of Statistics so that the agency could continue collecting this information on their own including such activity within the National Statistical System. This survey will provide accurate and updated information on poverty and inequality indicators, overall living standards, the educational profile of Guyana¿s population, and participations rates in social/labor programs.
