The general objective of this TC is to further enhance the institutional capacities of the Audit Office of Guyana in compliance with its Strategic Development Plan 2011-2103, which is the second strategic plan of the AOG. The specific objectives are: i) to equip the professional staff with highly specialized skills such as fraud detection and IT audit; ii) further advance the transition from paper-based office to computer-based one to reduce papers; and iii) raise the visibility of the AOG among stakeholders.
