The main goal of this TC is to provide LAC countries the opportunity to establish a direct dialogue with donors, foundations and BID about voluntary funds and carbon markets for REDD. By the end of this TC, the countries involved will know exactly what is holding back investment in their countries, and will be able to develop a workplan to overcome this obstacles.
