GY-T1050 : Preparation of the Integrated Management Plan for Natural Disasters

The general objective of this TC is to provide support to the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana for the design and implementation of a National Integrated Disaster Risk Management Plan, within the framework of comprehensive disaster management. The specific objectives are to: (i) evaluate climate-related disaster risk; (ii) strengthen the national and local capacity for IDRM; and (iii) support the future implementation of the IDRM plan through the design of an investment program in flood prevention and mitigation.
