The objectives of this Technical Cooperation are: (1) to improve the capacity of the GoG to identify and evaluate viable investment opportunities in the bioenergy production chain; (2) to develop a standard methodology for evaluation of project proposals in bioenergy; (3) dissemination of information on the in financial vehicle or instrument to potential donors for a pilot operation.; and (4) to design a financial vehicle or instrument to promote project preparation and the subsequent project implementation
