The GMSA energy efficiency project will pilot and promote the adoption of energy efficiency measures in the manufacturing and service sectors, resulting in reductions in energy use and the cost to industry of energy. Additionally, it is envisaged that the results of the project will be used to influence policy changes at the national level that address the quality of supply and utilization of energy in the manufacturing and service industries
