Strengthening the Energy Sector
The general objective is to support the strengthening and sustainability of the energy sector in Guyana by contributing to the development of the Oil and Gas (O&G) sector and the developmentof cleaner energy sources for electricity generation. The specific objectives are to: (i) develop a management and planning framework for the O&G sector; and (ii) contribute towards the development of the policy framework todiversify the electricity generation matrix.
