Capacity Building for the Design, Implementation, and Monitoring of the State Modernization Agenda, Guatemala

The objective is to strengthen the institutional capacities of Guatemala's Executive Branch for the design, implementation, inter-agency coordination, monitoring, and effective evaluation of the National Agenda for the Modernization of the Executive Branch, by strengthening cross-cutting public management systems—planning, budgeting, public procurement, public investment, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), human resource management, control systems, and digital transformation—in order to improve the efficiency, transparency, accountability, and results-orientation of public action and the quality of public services.
