Capacity building for the design, implementation, and monitoring of the State Modernization Agenda, Guatemala
The objective is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Executive Branch of Guatemala for the design, implementation, interinstitutional coordination, monitoring, and effective evaluation of the National Modernization Agenda of the Executive Branch. This will be achieved through the strengthening of cross-cutting public management systems in the areas of planning, budgeting, public procurement, public investment, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), human resource management, control systems, and digital transformation. This will help improve the efficiency, transparency, accountability, and results-oriented approach of public action, thereby enhancing the State's capacity to respond to citizens' needs and improve the quality of public services.
