Project to strengthen the institutional network of health services in Guatemala

Provide technical assistance to strengthen health service delivery across all levels of the care network and improve the operational efficiency and impact of the PRORISS project. The specific objectives are: (i) to strenghten governance and coordination within MSPAS and the executing unit; (ii) deliver high level technical assistance to improve MSPAS capacity in prioritized areas such as digital health, hospital construction and supervision, implementation of the national blood center, (iv) improve health information and monitoring and evaluation systems, (v) increase opreational efficency of loan implementation by strengthening the executing unit, and (vi) support MSPAS communication strategy of the IADB loan results.
