Strengthening the strategy for continuous quality improvement in health care

The objective of the TC is to support the efforts of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS) in providing health services with a focus on continuous quality improvement, ensuring that care is safe, efficient, and aligned with the needs of the Guatemalan population. Specifically, it seeks to: (i) strengthen the technical capacity of the MSPAS to implement comprehensive, continuous, and quality care guidelines throughout the life course of the population; (ii) Develop the skills of health personnel to ensure the effective application of updated process guidelines; and (iii) Promote innovation and digital transformation in health care processes through the incorporation and adaptation of new technologies.
