Strengthen the capacities of Guatemala's Secretary of Planning and Programming (SEGEPLAN) at the President Office to manage the international cooperation, in order to enhance the analysis and ensure the alignment of cooperation proposals with national development priorities, while helping to promote transparency in the processes of prioritization, implementation and monitoring. The main result is the design of the conceptual model of the CINR management system.
