The main objective is the development of studies and activities to identify the key necessary actions to address the challenges of development of the country, as a basis for dialogue and policy of the Government of Guatemala, and the design and implementation of the new Strategy with the country. The project team, in consultation with VPC, is preparing the terms of reference of the various consultancies and a detailed budget.
