Design and support in the bidding of an operational technical cooperation contract (ATO) for the water and sanitation sector in Guatemala, aim to: i) increase the amount and speed of investment in the sector at the national level; (ii) develop the commercial, technical, and operational capacities of urban providers in eight departments affected by the earthquake in 2012; (iii) develop the commercial, technical and operational capabilities of the water committees in eight departments affected by the earthquake in 2012; and (iv) strengthen the INFOM to make it more efficient and effective.
