Contribute to reduce malnutrition and increase income of vulnerable Quiche families in the West Highlands of Guatemala.
the strategic objective of the project is to increase availability, access and consumption by poor indigenous, rural households of rabbit meat as an affordable, sustainable and consisten source of animal protein. Additionally the project will allow opportunities for women-generated income from the local sell of meat surpluses and hand craft products using rabbit skin / fur.
