Improving social spending effectiveness in El Salvador

The objective of the operation is to provide technical support for the construction of a responsive social protection system and to contribute to improving the efficiency of public social spending through incidence analysis and microsimulations using household survey data and administrative and geospatial information. Expenditure on generalized subsidies, state transfers in kind and cash will be taken into account. The TC wil also support the development of tools conducive to improving the efficiency of social spending, such as targeting tools and governance schemes.
