IDB Lab has the main objective of contributing to developing a highly demanded workforce, better prepared for the knowledge economy. In addition, it will contribute to the strengthening of the labor capacities most adapted to the changing panorama of the work of the future, due to the accelerated rate of technological trends. The project thus aligns with the IDB Lab's portfolio of skills and future of work projects, and also promotes the transfer of learning from the Laboratory to the Kcode Foundation on how to reach more vulnerable women and achieve a self-sustainable model.
