The general objective of the technical cooperation is to support the exchange of experiences between the Ministry of Public Works, the Vice Ministry of Transport and the Road Conservation Fund (FOVIAL), all of the Republic of El Salvador, the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Public Works. Advice. of Chile's Policies and Infrastructure to: a) Know their experience in the drafting, monitoring and evaluation of large investments in public investment projects in the Traditional Public Work such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP); b) Understand the different tools used by the Ministry of Public Works of Chile for the creation of transport scenarios based on existing models in that institution; and c) participate in the Latin America Meeting - APEC entitled "Reality and Challenges for a Quality Infrastructure through APPLICATIONS". To fulfill this objective, it is financed with the participation of El Salvador's public services to learn first-hand the experience with the Chilean account in the matter of financing infrastructure, handling transport models, as well as in the formulation, monitoring and monitoring of large infrastructure projects.
