ES-T1192 : Internship at Ecuador Central Bank to learn the operations of its Liquidity Fund

The objective of this programme is to learn from the experience of the Liquidity Fund ran by the Central Bank of Ecuador, in order to use this as an input in the implementation process of a similar liquidity fund in El Salvador. The visit will focus on learning operative, technological, legal and other aspects of the functioninng of the fund and will also include conversations with the financial sector and its regulating entities.
