Municipal Fiscal Sostenibility Systems Knowledge Assistance

The operation is based on the exchange of information from the Ministry of Finance in Guatemala and two municipalities that currently administer a form of land tax. The mission for GoES would be comprised of technicians from the Ministry of Finance, the Presidency (Decentralization and Local Development Secretariat) and municipalities which might implement the land tax.
