This program has the objective of taking the Chilean experience to find alternatives that promote a sectoral system of innovation (SSI) in aquaculture in El Salvador, to increase productivity and a more stable supply, focusing on stimulating integrated productive chains and capacity building of higher scientific and technological level, create international links and help othe Salvadoran industry enter international knowledge networks.
