The objective of this Technical Cooperation (CT) is that of fortifying the capacity of management of the incomes and public expense of the Treasury Department. It treats, in the first place, to support the tax administration and that of customs, in order to reducing the levels of evasion and elusión and the contraband, contributing in this way to the obtaining of the goals of I collect presented in the tax reform. And in second place, to improve the capacity of analysis of the Treasury Department, to evaluate the economic and fiscal impact of the decisions of the GOES.
