Training of Women Political Leaders
To contribute to the strengthening of democratic processes in El Salvador, through greater and more effective participation of women in electoral processes in space and decision-making. Specifically: i) contribute to more effective participation of women candidates for the Legislature and mayor ships in the elections of 2009, providing the basic tools needed to make a successful political campaign ii) strengthen the incidence of women parliamentarians and management representatives, giving them tools to strengthen their capacity to manage the political dimension in complex environments, and iii) strengthen women's associations for Democracy and equity in El Salvador to conduct their work in proper form and with the greatest impact.
