Preparation of Housing Program Phase II
The overall objective of this TC is to support the design of the Housing Program Phase II of El Salvador. The specific objectives are: a. Highlighting good practice and lessons learned from Phase I, as well as identify areas that should be improved to achieve more efficient implementation. b. Stregthening of VMVDU capacity at central and local level to the AMSS, in the formulation and implementation of policies and housing programs. c. Contribute to the requirements to cover the transition between the first and second phase of the program, especially those oriented to generate a portfolio of projects to start the second phase.
