Contributions to Citizen Security from a Human Rights Standpoint
The proposed operation aims at contributing to the national debate on citizen security from a human rights approach. The latter would occur by means of designing and implementing social audit mechanisms of justice administration, and through training of the main public entities delivery justice in criminal investigation, attention to victims and gender conflict resolution. Those initiatives would be based on the systematic analysis and dissemination of the cases in IDHUCA's database -- IDHUCA being the organization requesting the operation.
