Community Building Through Opportunities for at Risk Youth in Santa Tecla

3.1. The objective of this project is to improve both welfare conditions and social cohesion among poor communities in Santa Tecla, which are most affected by social violence. This objective would be achieved by promoting youth and community organization, vocational training for youth in at-risk communities, and the recovery of public spaces due to their catalyzing role in community organization.
