General objective: Create a Public-private partnership model to improve competitiveness and social-economic development of micro and potential employees of the Touristic Area Zona Rosa through training and microenterprise promotion of the Barrio Las Palmas population and conformation of a Business Improvement District

specific objectives: a) Awareness and promote the employability of youth and women's slum of Las Palmas to introduce jobs that demand is being generated in the area;
b) To facilitate the incorporation of micro-targeting and sustainable incorporating into a population of the area and promoting its marginal chaining toward companies that are or are being established in the area;
c) To form the structure of public private partnerships to maintain the sustainability of economic development in the area in an integrated manner through the formation of the Special Improvement District between the Association of Municipal Mayors-business-Ministries;
d) Revitalization of infrastructure, lighting and beautification of some billboards in the Zona Rosa
