Strengthening the Institutional Capacities of the National Polytechnic School (EPN) for the Development of the Science Park
The general objective is to support the creation of the technical and institutional conditions necessary for the preparation of operation EC-L1346, through the production of diagnostics, the development of technical inputs to promote science, technology, and innovation, and the strengthening of the institutional capacities of National Polytechnic School. The specific objectives of this TC are as follows: (i) to analyze and characterize the innovation system relevant to National Polytechnic School's, identifying gaps, key stakeholders, and technical needs in order to guide the preliminary design of instruments and management models linked to the National Polytechnic School's Science Park; and (ii) to strengthen National Polytechnic School's institutional capacities for the management of Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I), technology transfer, and engagement with the productive sector.
