Support for investment attraction and export-oriented productive development as drivers of economic growth in Ecuador

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Government of Ecuador, particularly the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade and Investment (MPCEI), in structuring and implementing Operation EC-L1347, an investment program to boost Ecuador's productive internationalization. The specific objectives are: (i) to support the design, evaluation, and updating of policies, instruments, and strategies aimed at attracting private investment, facilitating foreign trade, and strengthening businesses; and (ii) to strengthen the technical and institutional capacities of the MPCEI to lead, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate this programmatic agenda.
