The general objective of the operation is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ecuadorian public sector to guarantee innovation and sustainability in agriculture. The specific objectives are (i) Achieve timely execution of operation EC-L1303, from its first years of implementation; (ii) Deepen knowledge about the Ecuadorian agricultural sector, to facilitate evidence-based political and financial decision-making; and (iii) design a comprehensive management model for the Rural Land Registry and strengthen capacities for its implementation.
