Support the preparation and launch of the implementation of the National Water Security Program. This will be achieved through three specific objectives: (i) improving access to resilient public services for drinking water, sanitation, and solid waste; (ii) increasing the resilience of the prioritized population to floods and droughts; and (iii) strengthening the capacity of the Development Bank of Ecuador B.P. to identify and manage resilient water and sanitation projects and to enhance its monitoring, reporting, and verification systems for climate and nature-related aspects.
