Strengthening state capacities to execute key functions of public administration

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to contribute to strengthening the institutional capacity of the State, aimed at improving the effectiveness in carrying out cross-cutting functions of public administration such as government oversight, public procurement, access to justice, among others, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in the use of public resources and promoting coordination among different systems with a view toward their interoperability.
