Promoting behavioral changes in drinking water and sanitation in rural areas in Ecuador

The objective of this CT is to design and implement innovative water, sanitation and hygiene interventions through social arts to promote behavioural changes that increase the sustainable use of W&S systems in the cantons of Portoviejo and Cuenca and stimulate good hygiene practices. The area of intervention may be extended to other cantons of the RdE if the use of resources developed in Portoviejo and Cuenca is considered viable, creating economies of scale.
