Support for the structuring, implementation and replicability of the Facility to Support the Renewable Energy Transition (fastER)
The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen institutional capacities and develop the necessary skills to support the structuring and implementation of guaranteed operations for renewable energy projects (ERNC). The specific objectives of this TC are: (i) to strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) for the legal and financial structuring of guaranteed operations for ERNC projects; (ii) to strengthen socio-environmental supervision capacities for ERNC projects; and (iii) to facilitate the replicability of the structure through knowledge management and dissemination activities.
