Support the preparation of the Water and Sanitation Programme for the city of Cuenca

The objective of the TC is to support the preparation and execution of the Water and Sanitation Program for the city of Cuenca (EC-L1297). Specifically, TC resources will be used to support: (i) the review and adjustment of project designs to be financed by the program, including complementary studies (economic, socio-environmental and climate change) that may be necessary for project implementation; (ii) the preparation, prioritization and definition of the ETAPA management improvement component; and (iii) the detailed planning of activities and the start-up of program implementation.
