Strengthening institutional capacities for public-public and public-private coordination through Executive Committees

The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments, and Fisheries (MPCEIP) to promote and enhance conditions for the development of productive sectors. The specific objectives are: (i) to create and strengthen public and private institutional capacities necessary to articulate a policy of Sectoral Executive Boards (MES); (ii) to support the implementation of policy solutions to competitiveness issues identified in the MES; and (iii) to promote monitoring and impact evaluation of resulting policy actions.
