Support policy reforms and/or institutional changes in the Ecuador pension system
The objective of this TC is to support the efforts of the Government of Ecuador to improve the management of its pension system. The specific objective is to increase the knowledge of the Ecuadorian government to: (i) improve the strategic management capacity of the IESS and its pension system; and (ii) contribute to the generation of consensus for the reform of the pension system.
