Support the initiative of creating an index of Well-being and Quality of Life

Support the INEC in creating an index of an index of Well-being and Quality of Life and analysis of the implications of this index on public policies. This TC is aligned with (i) the objectives to prioritize funding for poverty reduction and social equity of the Ninth General Capital Increase Bank (AB-2764), (ii) the challenge of reducing social exclusion and inequality in the region described in the Update Institutional strategy 2016-2019 (GN-2782-2), and (iii) sectoral priorities described in the sectoral strategy "Social Policy for Equity and Productivity" (GN-2588- 4).
