EC-T1337 : Support for the Energy Matrix Transformation Investment Plan

This TC will support the Government of Ecuador (GoE ) in the preparation of the conditions to facilitate in a timely manner the start-up and implementation of the EC- L1160 program, as well as to provide support in the implementation of operations: EC- L1147 and EC- L1117 . The specific objectives are : ( i ) support to achieve the compliance prior to the first disbursement of operation EC-L1160, including the development of a workshop to work on the conditions with the Executing Agency; and ( ii ) provide training, workshops and technical-environmental support during the implementation.
