EC-T1300 : Support to the Program of Border Crossing

This TC will be an input for the design and execution of the two components of the loan (EC-L1116). In oder to identify the specific needs and requirements for an optimal and coordinated control with all the gubermental entities in a framework of Coordinated Border Management and with the adecuate equipment and infrastructure, it is necessary to carry out a diagnosis of the south border in Ecuador, that will provide recommendations object of being funded with the loan opeartion. Aditionally, this TC will serve to prepare the technical, economic and financial and socio envirnomental studies of the loan operation Ec-L1116.
