Management and evaluation of orality in the criminal justice proceedings
Supporting the implementation of the new CoGP, by strengthening the capabilities of the CJ for planning and execution of the implementation plan CoGP, strengthening the Judicial Academy to train a larger number of employees of the Judiciary Function to conduct oral trials, and secondly, to restructure the management of human resources to ensure that the skills and staff profiles are properly aligned with the new model of administration of justice in Ecuador.
