EC-T1252 : Development of Subnational Governments and/or Public Enterprises

TC aims to support the design and implementation of the operation of credit of the same, which will contribute to the increase in the coverage of water and sanitation in Ecuador. The specific objectives are: (I) preparation, extension and/or updating of studies of feasibility and project design of drinking water and sanitation, drainage, and integrated solid waste management (for the sample and the basket of projects of the programme); (ii) preparation, completion and/or update on activities of institutional strengthening of the service providers; (iii) develop a system of monitoring, follow-up and measurement of impact of the programme; and iv) training and dissemination of the use of appropriate technologies and strengthening the management capacity of the GAD.
