EC-T1110 : Strengthening the Public Management by Results Capacity

The Program's objective is to support the GoE in the implementation of a GPR system through specific actions proposed in the Mid Term Action Plan. The actions of the Plan will focus on: (i) supporting planning processes in the mid and long term, (ii) aligning budget programming by obtaining results and (iii) establishing an indicators system by results of public management that allows the efficiency and effectiveness measure, (iv) guiding the management of public sector performance, and (v) using information from the Monitoring and Evaluation System in order to improve the GPR system.
