Objective 1: To increase and strengthen the participation of Afro-Ecuadorian civil society organizations of Guayaquil in relation to the HIV/AIDS epidemic Objective 2: To promote change in attitudes and behaviors towards HIV/AIDS in five Afro-Ecuadorian communities of Guayaquil, particularly among young people aged 15-29. Objective 3. To improve the system of monitoring and surveillance of HIV/AIDS at the provincial level, through formal agreements with governmental and non-governmental health institutions
