Strengthening of the National Secretariat of Planning (SENPLADES)
The CT will be directed to strengthen the technical capacity of the National Secretary of Planning and Development through activities that will allow for: (i) the improvement of the professional and technical abilities of its staff; (ii) the improvement of the institutional capacity for the development of standardized methodological and analytical tools, to allow for better collaboration and service provided to the public organizations that participate in the National Planning System; (iii) the modernization of its information systems; and, (IV) the establishment of suitable mechanisms of coordination between the present units of planning, projects, monitoring and evaluation.
